Cool clock spotted on StumbleUpon.
Sunday is already my favourite day of the week. Period.
But throw in a few live performances from Reason, Kabomo, Zamajobe and Khuli Chana, sets from DJ Kenzhero and the Kool Out crew, and a beautiful backdrop of the city of Johannesburg at sunset… and well, that’s more than enough to make this young lady pretty damn happy!

Eish… gym ne?

Random Capture: I’ll be sipping’ my morning coffee in this little cup of cuteness from now on. Word to Ayanda :-)
Random Capture: Waking up in the city.
Foolin’ around on the roof of the SABC while waiting for a photoshoot to begin.

In my best hollywood photographer voice, I asked Jola and Angela to “Give me anger! Roar like a lion!”, then I also mentioned “spirit fingers” which caused a bit of confusion. Hence, the picture above.

Me trying to do the “saka”… and that’s pretty much how low I could go.

This here video makes me happy. Crazy stunts, AK-47s, drifting cars…so badass.

After a relatively long break for some (myself included), we finally joined the regular Bombay picnic folk for a chilled out Sunday at the JHB Botanical gardens.

…aaah yes, the jumping pictures. We usually take these individually, but this time we decide to take a group shot. And hopefully (thanks to “creative director” Lebogang), spell out something. This proved to be… problematic. And exhausting.

And then finally…

“I love!” See it? I L-O-V-E!
The fun we had doing it makes up for how silly we look.
Shout out to the Mother City for blessing us with beautiful beach weather this weekend. The kind where you almost can’t tell where the ocean ends and the sky begins, like you could swim out to sea and slip right into the clouds. You know, if the Atlantic ocean wasn’t so vokken cold.
